BOOKING POLICY
A minimum of two (2) overnight stay is requested on weekend.

CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellation fee required with at least 48 hours notice before arrival time (3:30 pm).
For any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the arrival time (3:30 pm), an amount equal to 50% of the first day will be charged.
For any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the arrival time (3:30 pm), an amount equal to 100% of the first day will be charged. In the case of a no-show without any prior notice, the total amount of the reservation stay will be charged.
For any cancellation made during the stay, the cancelled day will be charged at 100% and all subsequent days will be charged at 50%.
Due to our relatively short season, reservations made for 5 days or more require a minimum of 7 days notice to cancel, otherwise a penalty of 50% charge of the total stay will apply.
